• Track delivery status in real time
• View payment history and invoices
• Contact support directly from the app

Aqua Serve empowers water suppliers with:

• Separate handling of morning and afternoon routes

• Delivery performance visibility

All payments on Aqua Serve are processed securely through Razorpay. The platform does not store card, UPI, or banking information. User authentication, data storage, and notifications are powered by secure Firebase services.

Aqua Serve does not sell or manufacture water. We act solely as a digital platform that facilitates:

• Supplier discovery and assignment
• Digital payments and records
• Customer–supplier communication

Water quality, packaging, and delivery execution remain the responsibility of independent suppliers.
