Aqua Serve does not ship any physical products through courier or postal services. We do not sell bottled water or physical goods directly.

Access to Aqua Serve services is provided digitally and is activated immediately after successful subscription payment confirmation.

Any physical water delivery is handled independently by registered water suppliers using the platform. Aqua Serve is not responsible for logistics, transportation, or fulfillment of water delivery.

Since no physical shipping is involved, delays related to courier or logistics do not apply. Any platform-related access issues can be reported to our support team.
