Welcome to Aqua Serve. Aqua Serve is a smart water delivery platform that connects customers with independent, verified water suppliers in their local area.
By accessing or using the Aqua Serve mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies communicated within the app.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be 13 years or older to use Aqua Serve.
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
- You must provide accurate registration and order details.
- Aqua Serve may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud or misuse.
3. Role of Aqua Serve
Aqua Serve is a cloud-based SaaS platform that provides:
- For Suppliers: A business management dashboard to track inventory, staff, and digital ledgers.
- For Customers: A tracking interface to view their monthly consumption, pending balances, and delivery status.
4. Payments & Razorpay Integration
All payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
- No card, UPI, or banking data is stored by Aqua Serve.
- You agree to Razorpay’s Terms & Privacy Policy.
- Failed or duplicate payments are refunded as per RBI guidelines.
5. Subscription Billing & Refunds
Subscription Fees
- Suppliers pay a periodic subscription fee to access the Aqua Serve platform.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Refund Policy
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the service period has started.
- In case of accidental double-payment, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the source account within 5-7 business days.
- Service credits may be provided at the discretion of Aqua Serve in case of platform downtime.
6. Service Delivery (Digital)
Access to the Aqua Serve SaaS platform is delivered instantlyupon successful payment verification by Razorpay. No physical shipping is involved.
7. Service Delivery & Shipping Responsibility
Aqua Serve is a digital SaaS platform and does not ship, transport, or deliver any physical products.
Any physical water delivery shown, scheduled, or tracked within the platform is carried out independently by third-party water suppliers.
Aqua Serve is not responsible for logistics, transportation delays, delivery failures, or water quality issues arising from supplier operations.

8. User Conduct & Restrictions
Users must not:
- Place fraudulent orders
- Abuse suppliers or delivery staff
- Misuse offers or manipulate payments
9. Supplier Responsibilities
Suppliers are independent entities and responsible for water quality, packaging, and timely delivery. Aqua Serve may suspend suppliers for compliance violations.
10. Limitation of Liability
Aqua Serve is not liable for indirect damages or delays beyond reasonable control. Liability shall not exceed the order amount paid.
11. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion from within the app. Accounts are permanently deleted after 30 days, subject to pending obligations.
12. Changes to Terms
Aqua Serve may update these terms at any time. Continued usage implies acceptance of updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to Indian jurisdiction.
