1. Overview
Aqua Serve is a subscription-based SaaS platform designed for water suppliers to manage routes, customers, and deliveries.
Aqua Serve does not sell or deliver water directly to end customers. All payments made on this platform are for digital subscription access only.
2. Free Trial Policy
3. Subscription Payments
Paid subscription plans (3, 6, or 12 months) are billed in advance. Once payment is successfully processed and the subscription is activated, the amount is considered final.
4. Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital nature of Aqua Serve services, refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review and approval.
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made accidentally
- Payment deducted but subscription not activated
- Verified technical failure on the Aqua Serve platform
5. Cancellation Policy
- Future renewals will be stopped
- Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges
- Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused days
6. Payment Gateway & Refund Processing
All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Aqua Serve follows Razorpay’s refund and dispute resolution guidelines.
Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
