1. Overview & Service Nature
Aqua Serve is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud platform built for drinking water delivery suppliers, route drivers, and household customers.
Digital Access Only: All online subscription payments processed on this website or mobile application are strictly for software access, cloud hosting, and dispatch routing tools.
No Direct Water Sales: Aqua Serve does not sell, bottle, or physically transport drinking water jars. Physical jar deliveries are fulfilled independently by neighborhood suppliers, and customers use the consumer app 100% free of charge.
2. 30-Day Free Trial Policy
We believe suppliers should experience the real-world value of Aqua Serve on their delivery routes before spending a single rupee:
- No Credit Card Required: Every newly registered water supplier receives a full-featured 30-day trial immediately upon account creation.
- Zero Automatic Charges: Because no payment card is captured during sign-up, you will never be surprised by unexpected renewals at the end of your trial.
- No Trial Refunds: Since no monetary fee is collected during the trial period, monetary refunds do not apply to free trial accounts.
3. Subscription Billing & Plans
Following the 30-day trial, suppliers can continue using Aqua Serve by selecting a transparent flat subscription plan (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual):

Due to the instant digital provisioning of cloud software access, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once an active billing cycle has started. However, we guarantee full refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:

You hold complete control over your subscription at all times:
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel future recurring renewals directly from your account settings with a single tap.
- Pre-Renewal Window: To avoid being billed for an upcoming billing cycle, cancellation should be requested before the renewal date.
- Retained Access: When you cancel, your account remains fully operational until the end of the paid period. We do not terminate access prematurely.
- Zero Penalty Fees: Aqua Serve charges no cancellation penalties, early termination fees, or account closure charges.
6. Payment Processing Timelines
All financial transactions and refunds are routed through Razorpay Software Private Limited, complying with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) turnaround standards:
Turnaround Time: Once a refund request is approved by our billing desk, Razorpay initiates the credit within 24 business hours. The funds typically reflect in your bank account, credit card, or UPI source within 5–7 business days.
Original Payment Method: Refunds are always credited back to the original funding source used during purchase. We cannot refund funds to third-party accounts or alternative UPI IDs for fraud prevention.
